Paintings are most efficient way in expressing the thoughts and feelings. Modern art or painting appears different from person to person. Sand painting, cloth paintings, Egg shell painting are some of the traditional techniques in painting.

Things needed for egg shell painting:
•    Paints (colors)
•    Brushes (varying size)
•    Gloves (if necessary)
•    Eggs (take at least ten if you are a beginner)
•    Design paper (if necessary or own design recommended)

Steps involved in egg shell painting:
1)    If the egg painting is for competition basis which is for 1 hour display, then take an egg gently so that it is not scratched and start coloring only one side of it.
