In this modern high-tech world people suffer a lot of stress and depressed mentally. As a normal person works more than 10 hours a day, they mentally and physically lead to stress and depressed. Thus this leads to heart attack, brain tumor, mental disorders, etc. so relaxation of each and every individual is very important.
This relaxation is possibly done my meditating. Involvement in meditation is essential part of life which reduces body pain, stress, mental tension and increases peaceful and fresh mind. Increased concentration power is indeed got from meditation which is essential to every human.
Meditation affects the body in exactly the opposite ways that stress dose, restoring the body to a calm state, helping body to repair itself, and preventing new damage due to the physical effects of stress.
Benefits of meditation:
The most important benefits of meditation are it changes every physical and mental stress and respond to it and changes that state, Thereby shielding you from the effects of chronic stress. People who meditate regularly find it easier to leave life-harming habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol.
When practicing meditation your heart rate increases and breathing slow down, your blood pressure normalizes, you inhale pure oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide, and this is a good exercise for any problem in your body. As you meditate you sweat less, your adrenal glands produce less cholesterol, your mind ages at a slower rate, and your immune function increases.
How meditation is to be done:
Meditation has to be done in a very calm place. Relaxing yourself and clearing your mind, you may focus on a sound, like “ooommm”, or on your own breathing, or on nothing at all. It’s necessary to have at least 5 t0 20 of distraction-free minutes to spend. As you regularize this habit of meditating will lead you in a physically fit person. Longer meditation session will lead you in greater benefits.
