As you meditate you sweat less, your adrenal glands produce less cholesterol, your mind ages at a slower rate, and your immune function increases.

How meditation is to be done:
Meditation has to be done in a very calm place. Relaxing yourself and clearing your mind, you may focus on a sound, like “ooommm”, or on your own breathing, or on nothing at all. It’s necessary to have at least 5 t0 20 of distraction-free minutes to spend. As you regularize this habit of meditating will lead you in a physically fit person. Longer meditation session will lead you in greater benefits.
